Investigation of an abandoned TB hospital in Paris, KY.

I, Patti Starr, have been contacted by a representative of the Bourbon County Parks Department to send the public an important message regarding
the Haunted Paris TB Hospital!!

The County Judge, Donnie Foley, as well as the Paris Police Department will be issuing tickets for trespassing and possibly sending trespassers to JAIL!!

As I have stated previously, in my writings, seminars, and classes, the TB Hospital is not opened to the public. It is private property and posted. This means you CANNOT trespass and go onto this property. If you go there you will be caught, you will be given a ticket, and you may go to JAIL, so do not trespass on this property.

You have been warned so please obey the law and do not trespass on the property of the Paris TB Hospital!!!!

The state TB hospital is located in Paris, KY. It opened it’s doors in 1950 during the time when so many people were dying of TB. The building has been vacant for about 20 years. It has 4 floors and the building is in severe disrepair. The majority of the windows throughout the building were broken out and glass was everywhere.

"Mommy", shortly after that we picked up the little girl's voice we got another one. One of my students say, "Yeah, we saw those" and during a pause you can hear the little girl come through after a few snaps. (which is a common thing you'll hear before receiving some EVP's.)

Big Big Yes
"Yes" is a response from a male that pushed me while I was walking down the hall following my lead of the dowsing rods. My rods finally crossed when I walked inside what looked like to be an examination room. Then I started to ask questions of the ghost I had picked up with the rods. After a series of yes and no questions, I asked him if he had been the one that pushed me earlier in the hall and he agrees. The female voice that you hear, one of my students commenting on the movements of the rods.

Yes To David
"Yes" is another response from the same male. Jason (a psychic that I invited to join us) is asking the ghost if his name is David, while I still have the rods in my hand...Once his says, "Is that what it is," you can hear a strong, quick, yes....

Hello
"Hello", this was a voice we got just after the EMF meter went off and I responded by saying it would have to be a heck of a strong force for that to go off and in the background you hear, "hello".

This one is a spooky sound, to me it sounds like "tell us" but it almost sounds mechanical. We were in the pitch dark and thought we saw someone down at the other end of the hall coming towards us. We shouted out to see if it was one of the team and you can hear Susan say they are not answering us. Then when I got home I heard this sound after we shouted to them...

The second sample repeats the EVP 3 times and has a noise reduction and subsequent 6dB amplification applied. (Richard)

This hospital is so huge and 4 floors and in the dark it is hard to get lost. You can hear me say, "I get so turned around" and then you hear a "Bless you".

The first sample is unmodified from the original. The second is amplified by 6dB and repeats 3 times. (Richard)
